What is the C3 program?  

C3 is a partnership between state agencies in New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and Maryland, working to advance medium- and heavy-duty electric vehicle charging in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. C3 states will distribute over $200 million in funding for the installation of Direct Current Fast Charge (DCFC) infrastructure along key corridors in the region. Through this work, C3 aims to deliver long-lasting benefits to local communities and the environment and build momentum for zero-emission trucking nationwide.
