Zero-emission trucking: Tracking progress and leadership

EDF updated its 2021 transportation leadership framework in 2026 to reflect changes in the zero-emission vehicle landscape and define what credible sustainability leadership looks like for fleet operators. The report analyzes sustainability commitments made by the top 100 U.S. fleet-owning companies against four key actions: committing to zero-emission fleets, creating transparent transition plans, deploying solutions and engaging in policy and industry efforts. The report aims to identify best practices and areas for further development in sustainability commitments among the top fleet-owning companies in the U.S.
