This report identifies priority locations for M/HD EV charging infrastructure in California. Using interviews and data on truck traffic, freight corridors, and existing charging hubs, PACT maps hotspots around ports, warehouse clusters, and freeway interchanges. The analysis provides a roadmap for aligning fleet deployment timelines with utility and regulatory planning, helping stakeholders focus infrastructure investments where demand is most certain.
