HEVISAM is an Argonne analytical tool that projects the charging infrastructure needs for heavy-duty battery-electric trucks under different adoption scenarios. It allows planners to explore how many depots and public charging stations are required, along with energy demand and associated costs, to support electrification of freight trucks over time.
