This report estimates the cost of hydrogen fuel dispensed at heavy-duty vehicle fueling stations by 2030. It compares liquid hydrogen delivery and on-site gaseous production across various station sizes. The levelized cost ranges from $3.80 to $12.60 per kilogram, depending on station size and utilization. The study also discusses how federal incentives could reduce costs further.
